1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 3 to 7 days from the date of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and invoice are available
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during sale or clearance
- Customized or altered products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
- Handloom products with slight weaving or design irregularities (as these are part of handmade craftsmanship)
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 to 7 days of delivery
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Customers may exchange for:
- Different size
- Different color
- Another product of equal value
If the new product price is higher, the customer must pay the difference.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support within 3–7 days of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- Our team will review and approve the request
- The product must be packed securely for return pickup or shipment
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following terms:
- Refund will be issued after inspection and approval of the returned product
- Refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
- Refund will be made via the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
6. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item):
Return shipping will be free of cost - If the return is due to customer preference (size, color, or change of mind):
Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible
