4. Orders and Payments

• Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Cash on Delivery (if available)

Jublee Handloom reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Payment issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver across India.
• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and courier partner.
• Jublee Handloom is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 3–7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Items purchased during sale or clearance may not be eligible for return.

Return/Exchange will not be accepted for:

• Customized or altered products
• Damage caused after delivery

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
